If you get my voicemail to begin with, please don’t worry. It means I’m either caring for another client’s pet or driving in traffic between appointments. I promise to get back to you very soon! What helps me most is if in your message you provide me a window of time when you’ll be available for a call.

I return calls, texts, and emails the same day. Calls, texts, and emails received after 8 p.m. are returned the next day.
